Registration; Customer Accounts

You may be held liable for losses incurred by don-lon.com or any other user of the Site due to someone else using your password or customer account. You may not use anyone else's password or customer account at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site. Should you attempt to do so, assist others in making such attempts, or distributing instructions, software or tools for that purpose, then your customer My Account will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted by the registration and billing process. You may update any of your Personal Account information.

You also agree that don-lon.com, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate your access to the Site and your Account for any reason for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

By establishing an Account with us, and each time you make a purchase through our Site, you grant permission for don-lon.com to contact you at your e-mail address.

Methods of Payment

All payments must be made before the goods are actually sent, either by PayPal or a valid Credit/Debit card. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms & Conditions to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock and don-lon.com are unable to acquire it for you within a 14 day delivery period, don-lon.com will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services

don-lon.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. DON-LON shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, don-lon.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping and Handling

don-lon.com only ship orders to countries that are in the ‘Country’ drop down on entry of billing details. You must select the correct country to ship too or else the price of your shipping rates will be incorrect. If you have entered an incorrect country by mistake and have received a cheaper shipping rate, don-lon.com will then get in contact to re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order. If you have entered an incorrect country to attempt to receive cheaper shipping rates don-lon.com reserve the right to cancel your order without your consent. The Shipping Prices vary from country to country, as indicated on checkout. These prices are in regulation to our courier services.

Delivery

You should allow 2-6 days in the UK for your order to reach you whilst European shoppers should receive their order within 4-7 working days.
* US and other non-European orders should receive their order in 7-14 working days.
* Please note: we are unable to ship goods to PO box addresses
